Terms of Service

These terms of service constitute an agreement between you, the user, and WS Network. Your continued use of WS Network indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Termination of Service (Banning)

WS Network reserves the right to delete any user account, without notice, if we believe that it in violation of these terms of service. Furthermore, WS Network also reserves the right to ban a specific Internet Protocol (IP) address from any or all WS Network websites, without notice.
All terminations in service are at WS Network's sole disgression. You agree that WS Network is not liable to you or any other party for data loss or other damages caused by deletion of your account or discontinuation of service ("banning").

Unacceptable Activities

Spam

• You may not use Shortify to disguise URLs which will be used in unsolicited commercial email ("spam"), or unsolicited commercial messages in online forums, USENET, or other online services ("message spam").
• You may not use Wikinote to host content for use in unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited commercial messages ("spam" or "message spam").
• Determination of content acceptability is at WS Network's sole disgression. WS network reserves the right to automatically or manually filter content to prevent use in spam.
• Violation of these terms will result in a permanent ban, as described above.

Copyrighted Material

• You may not post copyrighted material on WS Network websites without express permission from the copyright holder.
• WS Network reserves the right to remove copyrighted material at any time.
• Posting unauthorized copyrighted material will result in a permanent ban, as described above.

Illegal Content

• You may not post content on WS Network sites that is illegal in the United States.
• WS Network reserves the right to remove illegal material at any time.
• Posting illegal material will result in a permanent ban, as described above.

Hacking, Denial of Service, and other Attacks

• You may not attempt to bypass any of the security measures present on WS Network.
• You may not attempt to generate excess traffic to WS Network websites in an attempt to deny service to other users.
• WS Network reserves the right to disable access to our services from IP Address that it believes is attempting to attack any WS Network service or website.

Availability of Service

WS Network makes substantial efforts to provide a reliable service. However, WS Network makes no guarantee as to the availability of any provided services. Outages, planned our unplanned, may occur at any time. As all services provided by WS Network are free of charge, WS Network expressly disclaims any responsibility in maintaining or restoring service.

Quality of Service

Due to software glitches ("Bugs"), high traffic, or other issues, WS Network provides no guarantee as to the performance or functionality of the website. While every effort is made to ensure data integrity, it is your responsibility to back up data stored on WS Network services.
